JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Credit determination Pennsylvania
I recently applied for a CHASE SLATE card and received a letter stating that they needed government ID to verify my address. I provided a copy of my driver 's license and Pa Voter 's ID card to verify it along with a copy of my Social Security card to verify my identity. When I called back today, I was told these were n't sufficient under the " Patriot Act. '' There is a Post Office connected to my building and I explained that - credit reporting has put an incorrect warning in my file that my address is a mail drop location. I advised CHASE of this but they did n't seem to want to review things further. I 'm very legit, I work in Law Enforcement and offered to provide copies of additional credentials but to no avail.
