cars was total loss in - 2016 and to date they have yet to complete the claim. my - insurance has attempted to work with them and do to there delay in processing held the payment up costing me more in intrest. now the agency that is handling the claim has advise me they are a third party and can not seem to give me an exact total off funds of hich i should pay to pay off loan.
