Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Missouri

I talked to a rep a few months ago about my Chase Private loans and she said no more interest would accure on account and my payments would be $ - month until account pd off. I told her I needed to discuss with my husband everytime I call back they are not working with me on an affordable plan I was recently offered. They are giving me options that are not affordable at all. I want what I was offered so I can start paying on these loans.
