Hello - - complaint Ally inspected my Blue - car and wants $180.00 dollars for a scratch that is definitly under 2 ''. See Pic. Me and the dealer walked all around the car and did not see anything. I even bought the touch up paint the day before and fixed a larger scratch that they did not even make thier wear list. I would have fixed this if I saw it. I did check. The dealer did not mark up a inspection sheet like the rental agreement I found in the new car. This should be standard procedure for leesee turn in. It is for rentals. This is a big hole in the system I can send pictures. 2nd complaint Ally agreed on - to accept $580.00 dollars by a - on -. - ( another Ally rep recognized this note on -. A third rep - on - recognized a note but blew it off as meaningless. The letter is asking for $640.00, when - was agreed on. Are verbal agreements with leasing companies meaningless Thanks for any help - -
