U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
-/-/2016 I redeemed $100.00 in rewards. My bank has a statement on the " Redeem Rewards '' screen that states " Redeem for $100.00 or more and receive a $25.00 Bonus Rewards Card to spend on yourself ''. There are no terms or conditions listed with this statement. When I did not received the bonus $25.00, I contacted my bank and asked why I had not received it. They stated that you can only receive the bonus once a lifetime. I believe this to be deceptive since that is not stated on the " Redeem Rewards '' screen.
