I continue to be overcharged on my monthly payment by $27.00. Rep states they need the - County Appraisal Districts Affidavit, which I have filled out and have had notarized, then mailed to them via certified mail four times since -, 2016. Then, my next statement shows the $27.00 overcharge again. I was told each previous time that the charge would be reversed and a credit to my account would appear. Never happens. I have spoken with multiple supervisors and have gotten nowhere. These people have no regard or respect for their customers time as I sit on hold over and over again, spending 30 minutes or more just to speak to one person, then get transferred multiple times, starting the process all over. Today, after 45 minutes just to get to a " supervisor '', this " supervisor '' hung up on me. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I will never buy or lease another car from them. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service ever. If I have a signed contract, they can not continually overcharge my account.
