Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Kentucky

I created a payment plan for my private loan the middle of last year that was suppose to last a year. They stopped taking the money out of my account around the time I filed bankruptcy so I thought it was charged off. My US education loan sent me mail saying I had to start paying them. I checked my account and realized I owed on my private loan also. I called they informed that since it wasnt charged off that I had to repay and I couldnt get my original payment plan back. I explained how I couldnt afford - dollars a month especially having to pay my other loan back. They said there werent any programs that would reduce my payment. If I just pay what I can afford the late fee will still accrue. Is there anyway to get my original payment plan back?
