JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

I have been told the payment has n't posted but I have mailed the payment two weeks ago. I have had a problem with Amazon Chase before with excessive overdraft fees. I do n't know when the next problem with this company will happen. Please help me to close the account without financial hard ship. Please I need help with this credit company.
