The week of -/-/- I purchased a TV from -, A recently dissolved business. Immediately after purchase in -/-/-, I contacted Synchrony Bank and - -, but mostly Synchrony bank re an extension of a promotion to extend payment period of NO interest charged from 6 months to 12 months. There is a recording on file and a date and a customer service agent attached to this extension. Synchrony bank refuses to honor this agreement and have sent to Synchrony management allthe documents given to me by the Insolvency agents that state that Synchrony is resposible for this issue. They also state that the store, - -, owes me a store credit. I 'm tired of asking Synchrony to fix this issue.They may tell me how much acrued charges are to attach to the estate -. but they refuse to ackowledge anything. They keep asking me to contact a business that has been dissolved and the issue at hand, is the extension issued by during the recorded call they refuse to investigate. The date of this call is the date Synchrony began to collect $110.00 dollars a month instead of the minimum. All of this done with calculation to conclude succesful payment with no interest before the due date -/-/-. Please help me because if there were a court to take this bank to and subpoena the recordings of customer service, I would do it. Ihave submitted all emails relating to the discussion with a lawyer from - - estate insolvency group to Synchrony Bank. Please ask the Bank for this as this makes my argument real clear. I have in my records of e mails this also.However I am unable to upload it here.
