Billing disputes District of Columbia
A charge of - was placed against my card for - - dress. I had to guy a gift card given the value of the dress exceed - However the item was damaged and returned to - -. The company said it would go back on my Visa ( the - ) and it didnt. I tried to file a dispute with US Bank over this with documentation, but they ignored it as they couldnt be bothered with my dispute. Bottom line is they know the item was returned and that I am owed -. They just fdont work for the best interests of their customers. I want my - back now.
