There were several items that were never dlivered form - so a series if cgarge backs intitiated. As US Bank is the lease customer advocate organization in the world, i recall that they didnt follow the procedure nor process for follwing the law and submitting my chargeback. I reccomended we close the card out so it couldnt be shared amoingst other parties. I assumed that they would send me my new card out. However when It didnt show for 2 weeks, I got concerned. I called them and US Bank said a new card wasnt issued. They lied and said it was because i didnt want one. That is a complete lie, fabrication, and a shocking statement for a bank employee to make. You would think once it was identified that there was an issuem, which was the fault of the bank, they would reissue the card, They havent and I want a new card.
