From - to - I took out loans from - - called student signature loans. At the time my mother was assisting me in taking loans out that were for paying for school. Unfortunately, being - - - I trusted the entire situation without much thought. I took out several loans with high interest rates without even a cosigner at the time hoping to accomplish my degree and receive a great job -. I was under the impression that the loans I was taking out from - - were federally backed loans not private loans. I realized that this was not the case when I graduated in -. Also when I took the loans out at the age of - I signed for them without fully understanding the gravity or the overall cost they would amount to. My wife and I currently pay $1700.00 a month in student loans and now my federal loans are about to kick in as well. We will be roughly at $2000.00 a month between - us and majority of that payment is mine. I have submitted a complaint before ; however, it did not get anywhere. I am hoping to having a child and maybe even buy a home ; but, in this current state that is impossible.
