Navient is - of the worse companies to work with. I have contacted them many times to try and work out an affordable payment plan. Each time I spoke to a representative no wanted to work with me and now my account is in default. I have continued to reach out to them to try and work out an affordable payment to no avail. Now I 'm on the hunt for a lawyer. I pray that some how I can find a solution before this situation gets worse. I 'm a - and I make under - per year. Nevertheless, they want my whole check.
