My home mortgage service company changed from - to PHH Mortgage. I have a 60 day window to make payments. I received written notification of the change. I have been unable to set up an online account, after 4 attempts, taking at least one hour each. The website has confusing instructions and does not function. Neither Customer service or IT service are able to assist me. I am not sure these people are capable of managing my loan. I do not want this to have a negative impact on my credit rating.
