Closing/Cancelling account California
I had a Chase Freedom card which was opened -/-/2015. In -/-/-, Chase had placed my account on hold and falsely reported the account as " account information disputed by consumer '' and I later came to find it was closed by Chase. I did complain to Chase regarding the matter and I believe they did correct it after some time, but they refused to reinstate my account. Earlier this month after applying and verifying my identity I was approved for - more cards from Chase. Upon receiving the cards in the mail I proceeded to activate them but when I called in I was told that my accounts were restricted before I even had a chance to activate them!
