Exeter Finance Corp Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Colorado
Exeter Finance received an insurance check to be applied to the principal balance of my loan -/-/-. The check was cashed on - - 2016 and as of today - - 2016, has yet to be applied to the principal balance of my loan and everyone claimed the check is not able to be located and payment denied. The company continues to charge my account interest based on the former principal balance. I have attempted to resolve this for several weeks, spoken to supervisors and sent a copy of the paid check to Exeter Finance for review and confirmation.
