JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

While reviewing my credit report I noticed Chase Bank was reporting on debt that I do not recall. Therefore on - -, 2016 I sent a validation letter requesting proof of the debt Chase claims I owe. They did not provide sufficient proof of the debt and it appears to be verification.
