I paid off my credit card in - 2016 and then I received a bill for $58.00 today - -, 2016. I called JP Morgan Chase costumer service and they told me this is a residual balance. I then asked, is the only charge I willhave to pay? But then I was told that I will probably have to pay more residual balances after that.
