There is a class action lawsuit involving 5th/3rd Bank. It was found that 5th/3rd bank was charging certain customers higher interest rates on auto loans. I qualify to be a part of the class and I am eligible to benefit from the settlement. As advised by a CFPB representative I contacted 5th/3rd bank to get more information however after several calls and tremendous hold time each representative I spoke with did not have and/or refused to give me any information on how to participate in the class.
