Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low
JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low North Carolina
Chase bank has disabled my ability to make mobile check deposits into my account and there is also a pattern of delays on transfers made into this account which I only use to pay bills, causing fees or late payments. These delays and inabilities to make deposits create a situation that allows chase to impose insufficient funds fees and it seems predatory, as I always attempt to make these transactions leaving reasonable time for them to be processed. For example : I have - dollars worth of bills coming out on -/-/- but only - dollars in the account on -/-/-. I make a transfer of - dollars on -/-/- and Chase say it takes up to 3 business days to process but they will not process the transfer for 5 days and then charge me insufficient funds fees. This has happened more than once but only when my account is low or I have bills coming out of the account and it seems it is in order to allow them to collect fees that should not have been charged. Also the only way to make funds available within one day is mobile check deposit which they have disabled for my account. There is no chase branch within - miles of my home as I have moved so I am unable to make deposits in the branch so it seems as though I am being targeted to incur these fees in order to pay my bills.
