On - -, 2015 I called Capital One Auto to get a settlement amount for the repossessed vehicle that they have already sold. I asked them to send it in writing with the amount and the payments that were agreed on. I was told that this would happen. Three days later the loan was written as a charge off and I 'm told that there is no one to contact for this account at this time.
