I went to a dealership in - Texas and bought a new F 250 I was approved for Ford Motor Credit if 5.45 interest rate after I signed legal documents and I left the finance manager printed out new copies and send them to Ford Motor Credit with my signature that she [email protected]. this all took place on - - of 2015 the dealer admitted to fault my first payment was due on - - I file a complaint with Ford Motor Credit on - - of 2015 I was told that it would not go on my credit as long as the company was at fault the company was at fault speaking about the dealer. I file a complaint with Ford Motor Credit fraud department and was told that it would not hit my credit and it did it took over - points off of my - - off of - because they had reported it as 60 days late in the state of Texas my up. ed that if the contract they had was fraud then the contract was invalid I did not have to make a payment all of this has come out to be true the Ford Motor Credit did removing off of my credit but they have not gotten in touch with the bureaus to get my score back up. I have filed it on the - & with the DMV of the state of Texas to investigate the dealer for the fraudulent ways. there is an ongoing police investigation with - - Police Department CID. I feel that the dealer has done this to other people and the bank is not doing anything about this.
