case # - Lender made a direct false statement and committed and action against the statement they made as below " quoted from Gateway 1 '' please see below in quotes ; " Please note that Gateway has already submitted a request to the consumer reporting agencies that your account be reflected as in dispute. In addition, Gateway has ceased all collection activity associated with your account as we attempt to resolve the situation with the dealership in question. '' Gateway 1 has made the " claim '' that in addition to reporting my case to credit bureaus as in dispute, that Gateway 1 would, " in addition cease " all '' collection activity associated with my account. '' Well, that 's proven to be a blatant lie, and false statement, as they have not only not ceased collection activity, they 've acted on collection activity by physically " repossessing '' my vehicle on private property and allowing extortion activities to commence by the company that repossessed my vehicle. Company name that repossessed my vehicle is - - -. I had to call the policing authorities to stop the extortion activity of - - -. My case in point is, this Lender continues to make false claims, continues to deny my resolution to return my money and losses due to a Predatory Loan initiated by them, the lender continues to neglect sending me written notices via mail of any proceedings, actions, resolutions, resolved, findings of investigations of my victimization, cooperation of any kind. Gateway 1 has done nothing but continue to purposefully lay a heavy burden on me as a victim of a crime and they continue to deny assistance in a loan they initiated, undertook in their discretion without doing their due diligence on the collateral they issued payment for in form a loan, and are now putting 110 % of their " mistake '' and " incompetence '' as a lender licensed, on a Victimized consumer, myself, - -.
