I have been trying for almost 4 weeks to get a Reverse Mortgage thru Security One and the process is being held up because there is a lien release that was never processed by Chase. Security One has asked Chase on - separate occasions. Twice they have claimed to have never gotten the request and the third time they said they can not locate the loan or it 's existence and need another 15 days for research. They have been asked all three time to rush this request.
