I recently applied and was approved instantly for a chase slate card with what I thought per the offer online was for $0.00 transfer fee and an introductory 0 % APR. After account approval I did n't see any confirmation that the balance transfers I submitted during the application process were going to be executed. So I called in to ask about the transfers and during that conversation the rep told me there was n't an introductory 0 % APR. I asked him to double check because that was what was advertised and why I applied. He confirmed that there was no introductory rate so I had to cancel the card, which is somewhat frustrating, not only for my wasted time but for the adverse impact this will have on my credit score.
