On - -, 2016 I notified - - that I was revoking their authorization to charge my debit card. On this same day I notified Chase that I had revoked the rights of - - to charge my card. I was told that all I had to do was replace my current card. Which I had done on - -, 2016 due to the card not being read anymore by card readers. I did what I was supposed to do but then on - -, 2016 - - charged my card $160.00. Dispite the fact that I was told this could n't happen it did. I called immediately and filed a dispute and was told that I do n't have any grounds because it was my obligation to pay. However it is not the banks job to tell me what my obligation was. This is a matter for civil court and if - - wants the money that is we 're this should be. Chase should not be involved. When I called - I notified them that the line was being recorded so I have this all on recording. On - -, 2016 when I spoke with the supervisor at Chase I notified him that this line was being recorded and he stated he did n't agree but never asked me to disconnect the line. During this conversation I asked for the supervisors manager to call me back. She did at - on - -, 2016. I argued with her and was told that - - pays - money to allow this type of transaction to occur. I notified her that - is not my bank and Chase was and I did not give any authorization to this illegal and immoral activity. Either Chase permanently refunds this money or they are comitting fraud along with - -.
