JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I signed up for a service that was only available to " Accredited Investors '' per rules of the SEC. This service had an " automatic '' annual renewal and the end of the subscription year. I did not receive any notification prior to the renewal date nor did the company in question seek to verify my status as an " accredited Investor ''. I canceled this subscription after learning of charges being posted to my account. Chase has refused to credit them despite the deceitful and illegal practice of the vendor
