the company is Navient and they are repeatedly calling me several times a day 6 days as week. Today they called me three times in an hour. when I called to ask themto em to stop calling me everyday they were rude and denied the calls from today and told me that the calls will continue until I make arrangements. I am working on it but calling several times a day everyday is harassment. They also sent a letter to my aunt making her believe that she won a contes.
