First Tennessee Bank denied my application for a checking account based on " knowledge Based Authentication '' method that they use. The only problem is that I am 100 % sure that I answered each of the answers correctly. I knew the answer to each question and also verified each answer with the records that I have. So either they are using incorrect sources for this information or there are other issues with their application system which are - troublesome.
