I took out private tuition answer student loans from - - from - when I went to School of the - - of -. These loans are now serviced by Navient. They have been charged off since -. I was n't able to pay the - monthly payments and the servicer gave me no options but to default on the loan. Now the loans have more than doubled in interest and fees with in a two year period. Also Navient continues to report this on my credit report with erroneous information. The closing date and the last payment made is false, illegally extending the statue of limitation on the account. This company is a predatory lender and their collection tactics are abusive and illegal. I ca n't even get I loan statement that describes these fees and interest. The fees and interest they have added to this account are exorbitant. I plead that the CFPB take legal action against this consumer predator Navient.
