My mortgage was recently purchased by PHH. I was on a bi-weekly payment plan with my previous mortgage provider and was told in no uncertain terms by my broker that the terms of my mortgage can not change with its sale. PHH does not support a bi-weekly amortization schedule, and I 'm furious. In order to purchase my mortgage, they have to support this do they not?
