Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer having problems with customer service
AES/PHEAA Student loan department,
Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Having problems with customer service New York
I have sent a letter to AES requesting information ( see attached ) on how to be released from being a co-signer and they keep responding with a blank form letter asking for more information. I feel that they are being non-responsive to a situation where the Originator has demonstrated excellence in responsibility. I still want their policy on how to be removed from the loan.
