Ally Auto has billed me on numerous occasions for summons I have not received. When asked for a copy of the summons they claim they do n't have access and give you a summons number to look up on the DMV website. When you log into the website the number does not appear in their records. I have called the DMV several times and the summons number provided by Ally is never on file. They bill me for a summons they claim I received and add additional fees but can not provide documentation of the summons.
