I have been an AME- Bluebird cardholder since - -. On - -, -, I disputed what I suspected was a fraudulent charge for $240.00 on my Bluebird AME-. AME- issued a provisional credit to my account while it investigated the charge and notified me by email. On - -, -, Bluebird AME- informed me by email that the provisional credit was final and the fraud dispute was resolved. On - -, -, my account was reviewed and closed by Bluebird because Bluebird determined that the $240.00 disputed charge was valid - some 3 weeks after it had sustained the disputed charge.
