I have made - payments on this account and they have only posted 1 to my account. i have sent them bank statements showing payments coming from account and they still continue to harrass me for payment and say i am 3 months behind. I am 3 months AHEAD but they post to wrong customer & I get harrassed and threatened with collections. Their CSR response and assistance is horrble. They do not follow up, do not acknowledge bank statements faxed to them and do n't work on resolution.
