I obtained my - credit report on -/-/- and saw I had a Chase credit card - when I was -. I called Chase, the informed me the card I called about is a Chase Freedom card with a - limit and that I was an authorized user. They mailed me the card, I activated it, confirmed my identity, and was told I could use it. I used the card to make about $7600.00 worth of valid purchases on -/-/-. On the evening of -/-/-, the card was locked by my father, who was the primary account holder. Chase refused me access to the account, I reported fraud to their fraud deparment. Chase informed me that they mailed - credit card in my name to my father 's address, where I have n't live in over two years. Chase never spoke to me about my cards until I called on -/-/-. I called on -/-/-, I attempted to make payment arrangements for the charges with Chase, and they refused. On -/-/- my fiances car was repossessed because - - received a call from Chase that the payment I gave - - and was authorized to make by Chase was fraudulent, and Chase reversed the charge. When I called Chase, they informed me that my father took me off as an authorized user. Chase refused to give me past bills and proceed with my identity theft charges. They informed me I need to inform the PA State Police, which I did, and need to submit proof of identity, and a power of attorney and affirmation to show I am over -. Chase has refused to honor the purchases I made, and said that I can not gain information on any cards that were and are in my name and any and all charges associated with them because I no longer have access to the account. Chase told me I have to wait until -/-/- to talk to their litigation department.
