I ordered a spa cover on - the - from - - - - - - Ca and they charged our - Card for -. We called them later that day to tell them that our spa maintemance guy had found a leak in our in ground spa and that he said it could not be fixed. He said that since he had already charged our credit card that we had to pay him for the $35.00 in discount fees. Surcharging is illegal in CA and we live in that state. I requested that he issue a credit on -/-/- and followed up with him in - to let him know that we had not received the credit. We called our credit card and disputed it. He is not threatening a lawsuit if we do n't pay $70.00 in crediot card fees he incurred for both the sell and chargeback.
