Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Florida
I purchased a vehicle in - 2011 that I put - down on to rebuild my credit I was - told it would be - then told that it was not available on that vehicle it would be - I was not happy but was planning on paying car off early so went ahead. I got the loan through Ally from - I made my 1st payment higher than required and in same month made - toward principal I made payments on line and it did not look right so I called. i told them this was a principal payment and since they do n't show it on there online payments do I need to mail instead. I was told just call and it will be corrected. I made numerous payments early and three principal payments and feel that Ally did something to somehow keep interest not allowable. I refinanced loan that they say was still over - when I only had loan 2 years and paid off app ; - of - which I believe balance was around - @ -
