Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments California

I have an overwhelming student debt - between Federal and Private Loans I 'm up to about -. I have been working for weeks to get someone to help consolidate, but because the amount is so high and because I do n't make all that much no one will help me to get my monthly payment lowered to a manageable amount. Navient is useless because they just keep asking me how I expect to pay them - I do n't know, I ca n't afford over -/month. I 'm just trying to start paying these back, I took the loans and I accept my debt I just ca n't afford such high payments but no one seems to want to help me pay off my debt ....
