Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease California
I turned in my leased ATS Cadillac to the dealer on - -, 2016 at the end of the lease in impeccable shape. The inspection from Ally was done 3 weeks after I turned it in. I have gone around and around with Ally several times why I feel the charges are not accurate and request that a manager call me - which to this date has never happened. I want them to give me an explanation on what these charges are for and why they are refusing to dismiss - since the car was parked in the lot 3 weeks in a super tight lot - who knows who dinged the car in that time period. The car was sold at auction - and knowing that they are trying to make more money from me when they made their money ( and more ) from the auction dealer - is even more ludicrous and appalling. I am filing this complaint especially after seeing the - dollar law suit that has been charged against them - and the unfair practices that they are known for.
