I have several private loans with - - now Navient. I called to lower my payments, my credit history and purchases were looked up without my permission unbeknownst to me. She then puts me on a brief hold, then she comes back reporting, '' Well you brought a car knowing you had to pay us '' and hung up. I did not give her permission to do this, she needed my permission to access my credit information.
