JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
In -/-/- I opened a business credit card with Chase Bank. I was issued a Mastercard. In -/-/- I was encouraged to get paperless online statements which I done because I was told I would always have access to my statements. -/-/- my account was sold/traded ( however that is done ) to - business card. In about -/-/- I requested hardcopies or online access to my Chase business card purchases from - - up until - took over the account. - tells me that Chase never transferred that information to them. They gave me a contact information for Chase business and they tell me that everything was transferred to - -. Neither company can come up with my statements from - up until -/-/-. Each time I request the information I am told it will take thirty days to get it and then when it is sent I only get as far back as -/-/-.
