Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease Washington
We leased - from the local dealer for 2 years and returned it several days before the end of the lease in prefect conditions. The local dealer failed to report on time the end of the lease to Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation and reported it only 3 month later. As a result of that we have been hit with late charges and late payment was also reported to the credit bureaus. We have found out about that when we applied for the mortgage refinancing and our credit was pulled out. We have all the supporting document with us and both dealer and NMAC admit that the situation was created due to their negligence. However it was already two months since we contacted them and our credit score still not fixed, we continue to receive bills for late payments and nothing seems to be done. Every time we contact them during last two months they promise to fix it ASAP but it did not happen yet. We request your help in resolving this situation.
