I have a problem getting statements mailed because Wells Fargo wants everyone to subscribe to online. When I am out of town I change delivery preferences to online to pickup the statement to make sure my balance is correct. That change is immediate because Wells Fargo will not allow viewing the statement with the preference of US Mail. When I change it back to US Mail I do not receive statements because Wells Fargo says there is a 30 day delay with that change. This is a man made delay because that 30 day delay is a recent problem because this did not start happening until sometime last year. They are happy to mail a statement with a fee of $5.00 that they will waive if I call and complain.
