After experiencing - I had - -/-/2015. This - along with the - forced me to take an extended leave of absence from work. I contacted Flagship Credit Acceptance to make my -/-/- payment on - -, 2015. When asked why I was 7 days late, I explained about the - without divulging my PHI information- I was - and admitted as an - something rarely done today. The representative wanted to know what body part of mines was operated on. I know that this was definitely a violation of not only my human rights, but PHI ( personal health information ) and he was going to share this information which was a HIPPA violation. I have been also told on numerous occasions by the Flagship Credit Acceptance Staff that they do not offer better terms refinancing on their loans and was advised to contact the dealership - of - regarding refinancing. - of - then refers me back to Flagship Credit Acceptance who continues to do business locking consumers in their predatory lending making it nearly impossible to locate financing with other lenders because like myself I am underwater or upside down in a car loan that is only 14 months old.
