I received a - tax document ( showing a gross distribution of $120.00 ) from 'HSA Bank , a division of Webster Bank , N.A. '. I do not remember having an HSA account there. When I try to access 'the account ' on their website, it says " user not found ''. I called up and the client representative also could not locate my account. Can someone responsible from the bank clarify if I have an HSA account with the bank or not?
