I feel I was advised by an Ally Financial employee named - around - -, 2015 tht that I could turn my lease in 4 months early and be done with the lease free and clear. I called Ally and spoke to - after I had received a letter from Ally asking me essentially how would I like to end the lease. When I spoke to - I reiterated with her several times " are you sure all I have to do is turn the lease in early? '' and she reaffirmed that was the case several times or at least that was my perception. I have contacted Ally several times and spoke to many people to just listen to the tape of the conversation that they have around - - 2015 but to no avail. I keep getting a complete runaround from dept. to dept. with promises to look into the matter and call back only to find no response. My feeling is I was duped and defrauded into believing I could turn the lease in early with no further obligation and I am sure I 'm not the first one this has happened to.
