Closing/Cancelling account Florida
My - credit accounts where closed abruptly without notice I called in spoke to the security team member by the name " - '' He confirmed that all my account where closed He offered to review my account but he would have place me on hold 3-5 mins he came back and told me unfortunately would they would stay closed, he gave me no options The reason given was " not enough credit on credit file and " too much credit extended '' He also said my account activity raised concerns!! I feel bullied, I did absolutely nothing wrong. why did chase extend credit to me in the first place.
Im just left with nothing, not - of the account where past due I was gon na pay each line in full this friday. no balances where gon na be carried over into the following month I have a - income from being re seller on - - helps me better maneuver during a 30 day period I was n't even given the chance to pay the bill The security rep was very nasty and smug.he laughed when I explained that I would fight this unfair treatment he seem not to care that I 'm homeless with - children under - my credit rating will be destroyed due to - closed account with short payment history. I moved up to - to be by my sick mother but now I do n't have enough credit to maneuver each month. Chase allows - credit line in 24 month period and extended the max too me so why am I being penalized for something when i did nothing but utilize the credit extended. Can someone on the executive level please review my account and re-open my account. I can submit financials, identity document, etc.
