Savings account Deposits and withdrawals New York
On - - of 2015 my savings account at Citibank was hacked into. - unauthorized withdrawals of $500.00 and $300.00 were made by unknown individual. The problem was reported to Citibank via the phone the next day. The bank declined liability for this and have not reimbursed me for this loss. According to the research I have done, they are responsible to reimburse me for my loss, but they are denying.
