Bought a lawnmower from Lowe 's zero interest for 6 months, received first bill and noticed it was to be sent to Lowe's/Synchrony bank in -, FL so sent payment right away received second bill and sent it right away did not receive third bill and did not notice until I received a bill the next month and a $25.00 service charge had been added did not receive a bill the next month which was - but did get call - - from Synchrony ( a foreign person who was very hard for me to understand ) saying I was in arrears again and would be assessed another $25.00 if I did not pay by credit card or at the local store that day or the next so told her I would. I did pay at the local Lowe 's the complete loan as can not afford to pay a $25.00 service fee each month. Then I went online especially - and found - ratings on there with a - star rating and most with same problem I have had with them. I think this company ( Synchrony ) of -, FL needs to be looked into.
